These teams will play in Fall 2023 and Spring/Summer ball in 2024.
New Jersey Sparks Softball
The NJ Sparks of Pequannock, NJ will be entering their 23rd year of competitive softball this fall.
These teams will play in Fall 2023 and Spring/Summer ball in 2024.
The New Jersey Sparks are a club softball organization established in 2002 out of Pequannock NJ. The Sparks President is Joe Lamanna and Vice President is Alex Borovskis. The New Jersey Sparks are a non profit 501(c)(3) Charitable organization. We strive to train and develop players in the sport of softball while emphasizing, teamwork, sportsmanship and camaraderie. Our 18U showcase team concentrates on college showcase tournaments. These showcases include Pennsbury, Tradition, Delaware Invitational College showcases, Tom Doyle, New England's Finest showcases among others.
The Sparks are not a recreation or town travel team. Our teams play a competitive tournament schedule, world series, state and national events.
The fall consists of a competitive tournament schedule. This is where each group really comes together as team. The girls get comfortable with each other and it allows the coaches to work individually with each and get them prepared for a more rigorous tournament schedule the following spring and summer. All teams participate in winter training at an indoor facility.
