Team Description: 
The Sparks 14U Red team is a select travel team comprised of talented young ladies from all over northern New Jersey.  Coach Maryann Goodwin encourages each girl to reach her highest level of excellence on the field while at the same time exhibit strong qualities of leadership and sportsmanship. These girls are truly united by their love of the game.  Ten of the girls have moved up from last year’s 12U team which won two national qualifier bids and two tournament championships.  With the addition of four equally talented players, the team expects to compete on a national level this season.

2011 ISA 12 Karat Qualifier Finals - Woodbridge NJ
The Sparks 14U Red team completed a great Mother's Day weekend by taking 2nd place in the ISA 12 Karat World Series Qualifier in Woodbridge, NJ and earning a berth to the 2011 ISA World Series. The Sparks exploded for over 30 runs and fell just 1 short in the championship game. The girls each received medals and were proud to earn a trophy for Coach Maryann on Mother's Day.
